Wellness Coach Responsibilities – Employee Wellbeing in BPO Riga • Design, deliver, and continuously improve wellness initiatives tailored to BPO employees, fostering a positive and healthy workplace culture. • Provide 1:1 and group wellness coaching sessions, supporting colleagues on topics such as stress management, nutrition, work-life balance, and personal development. • Collaborate with HR, managers, and global wellness teams to assess workforce needs, analyse engagement data, and develop targeted wellbeing strategies and campaigns. • Organise in-person and virtual workshops, webinars, and awareness activities, ensuring inclusivity and engagement across all levels of the organisation. • Monitor the effectiveness of wellness programmes through feedback, participation rates, and outcome measurements, implementing adjustments for continuous improvement. • Offer confidential guidance and signposting to external support or resources as required, always upholding company ethics and data privacy standards. • Champion a culture of health, inclusivity, and support, acting as a trusted contact for wellbeing within the Riga BPO community. • Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in employee wellbeing and integrate new ideas to enhance the impact of wellness programmes. Key Skills & Experience – Wellness Coach, BPO Sector Latvia • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Latvian or Russian language skills are a distinct advantage. • Previous experience as a Wellness Coach, Occupational Health or Employee Assistance professional, or similar role in a BPO, corporate, or fast-paced multicultural setting. • Strong coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with genuine empathy and the ability to inspire trust and engagement from people of all backgrounds. • Knowledge of health promotion principles, mental health strategies, and workplace wellbeing best practices. • Experience designing and delivering wellbeing initiatives and using digital learning tools or wellness platforms. • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable evaluating programme outcomes and tailoring support to evolving needs. • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality and sensitivity at all times. • Relevant certification or degree in Health & Wellness, Psychology, Occupational Health, Social Sciences or related fields is a strong asset.
